Joe assists both individuals and organizations on a wide variety of legal issues including estate planning, business formation, and criminal defense. He received his law degree in 2019 from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and was admitted to the Minnesota Bar shortly after. During his time in law school, he twice had the privilege of making an appearance at the Minnesota Court of Appeals to argue an appellate oral argument for his Practicum course. He was also awarded the CALI Excellence for Future Award in Evidence, which is a designation given to the student with the highest overall grade in the class. Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from the University of Minnesota Duluth. While in Duluth, he was involved in several University organizations including the Pre-Law Club and Duluth Car Enthusiasts. Joe also attended Lanesboro Public Schools and while there, was active in several organizations including FCCLA and the Honor Society. He also enjoyed volunteering as a flag football coach during his time in high school. Joe seeks to bring practical yet effective legal strategies to the Lanesboro Community. He grew up in the Lanesboro area and has maintained his strong ties with the community. In his free time, he enjoys spending time at his cabin in northern Minnesota with his family.
